The Guest Journey
Arrival
Enter the world of Stoom.
Crossing
Leave the pace of the city behind.
Preparation
Change, settle and arrive in the body.
Heat
Breathe, listen and let the temperature rise.

Quiet becomes conversation. Strangers become familiar faces.
What begins as an individual experience becomes something shared.
A Liminal Experience

Transformative. Sensory. Communal.
MOVEMENT
Arrival, threshold, heat, release, gathering and return create the rhythm of Stoom.
WARMTH
Heat and time soften what the outside world holds tight.
CONNECTION
Warmth changes the body; shared presence changes the room.
RELEASE
You cross. You let go.
You return lighter.

THE STORY BENEATH STOOM

Stoom lives aboard Kapitein Anna,
a historic paddle steamer built in 1911.
She once carried passengers and cargo along Dutch rivers.
Today, she holds space for a different kind of crossing.

Kapitein Anna is the guardian:
Steady, welcoming and quietly present.

Stoom is the ritualist:
Sensory, communal and always in motion.
